Toronto, ON - March 1, 2011 – Solgenia SpA, a European provider of technology solutions and services, has taken the next step in implementing its growth strategy by acquiring Microset Systems Inc., a value-added solution provider in Canada with over 35 years in the Information Technology market. The acquisition represents Solgenia’s entry into Canada, further strengthening its position as a global leader in providing a comprehensive business software platform and technology for small and medium sized businesses.  This new enterprise will operate under the branding of Solgenia Canada Inc.
